Please find another doctor! I know it's difficult to find a good doctor who accepts medicaid, but try. This office should not be open! I would only take my son when I absolutely needed to. I even ended up taking my son to the ER after they sent him home with difficulty breathing. He was in the hospital a week! They were all too happy to let me know after my son had an ER visit with pneumonia they would not see him because he is 18 and they don't take "adults" with medicaid. No regard or genuine concern for their patients well being.

My experience here was nothing short of perfect. From the check in staff at the front desk to the incredible nurse was great! My nurse was so sweet, kind and friendly. I saw my new PCP, Rebecca Hawthorne. She listened to me, explained things thoroughly and showed TRUE compassion for the things we discussed. The portal for making appointments and being able to message the team is awesome and easily accessible. Diagnostic tests are also uploaded through their system. Her staff even made the connections FOR me regarding my referral, which makes things completely less stressful. This facility and my interactions were definitely a breath of fresh air! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a new PCP for you or your family. Thank you thank you thank you guys for your hard work and compassion you showed me! -Elissa B.

We saw the PA-Burke and he was great he had us take my dad to the ER immediately because he didn't look well and said they'd be able to do labs quicker. Glad he did my dad was dyhrated and needed IV.
