They have a sign outside saying you can't show up any later than ten minutes after your appointment. I showed up five minutes late and the door was locked so I waited for a few minutes and one of the employees ordered food and when they let the food in they told me it was my fault and I needed to reschedule.

Very nice and efficient! Came early in the morning, a couple weeks before my fingerprinting appointment, they took me right away, and was all done 3 minutes later!

I (& 6 other people) showed up for our appointments, and no one was there. They straight up didn’t show up today. I wasted an hour of my time trying to get this done. Absolutely ridiculous.

Yes they're allowing people in but only one at a time you'll just wait outside the door until the first person come out.
