I purchased my RV last year, brand new from the lot. After a year of full-timing it, I had issue after issue, including black mold in my RV due to lack of sealing on the slides. The ONLY reason I am giving this 5 stars is because of Tammy Douangmala, who fixed everything in my RV (over 20 issues given to her), in 5 days. She alone changed my opinion about Thor actually caring about their products. While I believe no one in manufacturing or sales cares, her and her team do. I am beyond grateful for the information Tammy has given me to know what to look for in the future as this is my first RV ever. If you have issues, I'd recommend requesting her to be your technician. She is located at the 854 service building.

Terrible management!!!! Mike Millberg is the worse plant manager I've ever worked for. He does nothing to help plant 831 in wakarusa. When I was group leader he told me that no matter what my line will always be screwed and will always work 12 hours everyday. He did nothing to try to help. Don't work here!!!

Beautiful, Quality built units that are built with lots of knowledge and pride! I enjoy working with all of the great people that I have had the pleasure of meeting here as well as when I was at my previous plant for a year and a half.
