Thunderstorm and a flat tire on our trailer. 1000 miles from home. We phoned great American superstore in Columbus Mississippi and talked with Rene,the service manger. She got us in for service within the hr. While there Cristina treated us great. As it turned out our major problem was quite minor and we were done in a few hrs. They let us park our trailer for another 2 days while we waited for a new set of tires. Thanks for all the help and keeping us safe. This was April 18/2022.
