Gerry and Reggie walk you through the entire process slowly. They will answer your call at anytime of day. Very knowledgeable and polite. Understood we would have MANY questions and answered them all. I highly suggest them if you want buying a house to be very minimal stress.

I had such a good experience using Gerry and his team several years ago with an FHA loan purchase that when I was in the market to purchase a second property recently, I immediately contacted Gerry without even considering other lenders. Gerry and his team are true professionals when it comes to navigating the various obstacles and pitfalls that can arise during the home buying process which resulted in another successful real estate transaction for me. I would definitely use Gerry's services again in the future and would encourage others to do the same.

Gerry and his team are true professionals and experts in their field. They knew exactly what to do with our set of circumstances, and made our lending experience run like clockwork. I loved that Gerry was available to answer questions whenever we needed him, and he gave us clear and honest answers to everything. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Yes, but there are different rules for different type of bankruptcy filing. For chapter 7, the waiting period is 2 years from the discharge date. For chapter 13 bankruptcy, it's 12 months from the payout period and a letter from the trustee will allow a borrower to purchase a home using FHA.
Credit, Income, and Asset constitute a mortgage loan; all 3 must be present. For an FHA loan, the minimum credit score requirement is 580 to qualify for the 3.5% down payment. Along with the credit and down payment requirement, a borrower must show the ability to pay the monthly mortgage payments. An FHA-insured loan is a mortgage backed by the federal government and insured by the Federal Housing Administration under the authority of the Housing and Urban Development, commonly known as HUD. The mortgage is originated by FHA-approved lenders. For more info, here's the link https://texasfha.org/what-is-an-fha-loan/
