This the best processor I have ever used. I have used several. The meat is clean, cut nicely and vacuum sealed. Their snack sticks are awesome! Yes, they expect you to pick up your deer in a timely manner. Running the cooler isn’t free and added fat is not free!

Not sure what these 1 star reviews are about but the prices are posted everywhere in the building. Fat isn't free! Why wouldn't they charge for it. The customer service was great and the product turned out even better. I've been processing my own deer for years because i didn't like what I was getting from other processors. Yes Deer has earned my trust and I will be using them for a long time.

The customer service is beyond poor. It starts when they advertise $65.00 basic processing. ALL I wanted was ground meat except for the loans. When I picked up my deer the total was $77.00 and was told it was for the added fat. Surprised by this he responded." I don't know a single processor who doesn't charge extra for fat." Maybe true but I haven't paid this is 15 years, and it should be discussed as an additional charge. The hours are inconvenient, and if they need to go out of the way to accommodate you, you can sense the annoyance. When I picked up my deer they were clearly annoyed in took three weeks to come pick up. His response was " I have cost in storing your meat." I will keep looking for a new processor.
