One of the employees working at this branch told me he ordered a part for me and it would be there in the morning. When I came in the next day in the evening I was told the part that was supposedly ordered wasn't even a part that was o'Reilly sold. The employee that told me that the part was available and on it's way didn't just waste my time but lied to me, and ruined my plan for the weekend. If I were this person's employer I would terminate them immediately.

Went in to get a new battery and need help replacing it. It was tricky as the car and parts were older but Cameron was awesome! Thank you so much Cameron! I appreciated your willingness to help without any annoyance haha
