One of my best hotel experiences I’ve had. We always enjoy complimentary drinks in the evening and a made to order breakfast in the morning. Most importantly the mattress and pillows were great, so comfortable and soft, just what we needed after a long drive.

Breakfast was great. The offer made to order eggs, Including omelets and they had 4 different flavors of coffee creamer! (original, French Vanilla, Hazelnut, and Irish cream) parking is plentiful and near the highway. Rooms had refrigerator and Microwave.

Hotel amenities in the room are substandard. Several of the light switches in our room didn’t work. The TV in the main room didn’t work either. It turned on but only displayed “PHILIPS” throughout our stay (3 nights). The sofabed was completely broken, kids had to sleep on the floor. The saving grace for this place was that the hotel staff were extremely helpful and very customer oriented. They offered us a second room, at no charge, but can’t accept having half the family sleep in a total separate floor & room. We traveled with 2 minors. I would stay at this place again if they updated/upgraded their room furnishings. The view was awesome though 😀

Hotel is aging and tired. Cleanliness of common areas and rooms was less than expected from a Hilton property. Kitchen can not keep up with breakfast staples. Managers reception was out of food in 1/2 hour after opening. Request for room service took several days to complete. Great location.
