The worst experience ever. Not communicative. Installed LVT over flooring that was not level and do not bother to tell us or have us look at it to fix it prior to install. LVT is separating and bending at multiple spots. Less than 12 months after install. Called three times to get a crew in to fix it and have not heard back. I never right a review for anything. I’ve never experienced this type of unprofessionalism.
