Horrible customer service. Several people in the store with me were frustrated as well. Needed some work materials printed off for a training class the following day. Asked the guy how backed up they were and if he could get it done(in case I needed to go to another location). He said the computer knows how busy they are and how long it’ll take? No idea what that meant. Never answered my question. He did tell me if I asked him nicely he might be able to get it done for me. I recd an email after they were closed that my printing job was complete. I will go elsewhere for my future printing/copy needs. I recommend everyone else to the same.
