Do not use this location of Two Men and a Truck unless you want your furniture and home damaged! I was asked by the manager of this location not to write this review until they could fix what was damaged. We moved in June and it is now October. Plenty of time has passed for them to take care of this problem. Below is a list: Scratched wood floor from the house we moved from-this was fixed by Two Men. This problem would not have occurred if the floors had been covered in the first place. Numerous wall gashes and paint scaring at both houses. Broken couch. Movers did not report this issue, I had to find out myself after they left. Broken vase-Not replaced Broken class in a credenza-Not replaced All of the above was reported and documented. Managers were contacted and did not respond to phone calls. Every wood item they moved has scratches that I discovered after the move. Boxes were clearly marked if they needed to go upstairs. Several very heavy boxes that were marked for upstairs were left in the front living room and not discovered until they left. I'm a 62 yo 4'11" woman...if I wanted to move them myself, I wouldn't have paid for this service. I provided water and soft drinks all day so that movers would stay hydrated, they paid me back by throwing the bottles in my front yard. Called them for a quote and was told that they won't do a 2 person move if the units are on anything except floor 1. They get a 1 star review on this website and ALL websites for trying to rip people off by forcing them into a 3 person move when you're not needing 3 people.

I had the McKinney branch move and pack us last month. The service was horrible. They are unresponsive and unprofessional. Due to their negligence, several items are destroyed. We purchased the extra insurance and what they offered us is not even 1/10 of replacing our items. I would not even give them 1 star.. but I had to put something. Thank you for your response. Please note, that we have contacted Veronica, your customer care manager and she still has not returned our call in 2 days. I have again just reached out to her. I feel like I need to notify you, the owner so that we can get this resolved. You will not speak with us, or Veronica. Thank you

Yes, we can help with disassembly and reassembly of furniture except for bunk beds, cribs, lofts, hospital beds. We also cannot disconnect/reconnect utilities or take anything out of the wall.
It’s not required to be present during a move as long as we have all moving instructions, payment information, and complete paperwork prior to your departure.
