If I could give 0 stars I would. Needed an oxygen tank for today, I was told that if I call over the wknd, it would be delivered today. Joy calls me back and sus No, our answering service guess not do thst... well fussy they never days they were the answering service, then the act like they are entering the order and say our on call person will call you. Just disbelief, this compost us supposed the be caring? Yeah righ6

Zero star, but I can't Worst service in the world. I'm a caregiver of a person with no legs. They “provided“ a bed that is not working. And the repair man is not able to fix or solve the situation. Don’t buy or order nothing. I am a caregiver of a person who has no legs and only has mobility in one arm. They sold him a bed to which the elevator does not work. The person who came to repair it was unable to solve the problem. Do not buy anything at this agency. Terrible customer service.

Looking for a hospital bed to rent for elderly mother with hip injury who just got out of the hospital. Do we need a prescription?

Hi Cindy, thank you for reaching out. We do rent hospital beds and yes, they do require a prescription. Typically, the discharge planner will coordinate with us so that we can have the bed set up in the home before discharge. If you do not want to use insurance, we can quote a private rental price.
