First, let me say that I apologize. No one should ever go through anything like that. I do not work at or for Auto Zone. I do not go to their stores unless it is something minor. It seems some of them not all of them are incompetent. Call the headquarters and tell them all your issues and concerns. I stop going to Auto Zone stores all the time after my kids and I were stranded. And I asked the Auto Zone staff to help I have kids in the car and I live across town. They did not help. I was out in the sun working on my own car with kids crying. I go to Jiffy Lube in west dallas. On Westmoreland Rd and Fort worth Ave. I work too hard for my money so I need honesty.
