I had an appointment for car window tinting. I went into the office, signed the appropriate forms, and asked questions. The woman at the service desk was sarcastic and rude when answering my questions. But she answered them. I figured she might be having a bad day and decided to let it go. We go do a walk-through of my car, at which point I asked her about keeping some window stickers on my car and tinting over them. My problem if I choose to do so right? This woman rolled her eyes, said, "That's an unusual request, but I can tell my guys to leave them", then rolled her eyes again, and said, right next to me, under her breath and annoyed, "oh my god". At this point, I can no longer let her attitude go. I tell her, "You know what? I'm going to go ahead and cancel the appointment. Can I have the forms I signed back?" She gave me one of the forms back, and refused to give me the other form back. I strongly advise management to follow up on this. Her attitude was very inappropriate and unsuitable for business. Mind you, I had decided to buy up from what I originally had selected, and they lost that business over this employee's attitude. Terrible service. Edit: Based on Marc's response to my review, decide for yourselves guys. Marc, you're absolutely right. You do have the right to refuse service. As do I, which is why I did refuse your service by canceling my appointment. I also have the right to share my experience with others. If you believe that rolling eyes at customers, responding to their questions sarcastically, and giving them attitude is professional, power to you. If you're confident in the business and service you provide, don't be so upset by one review. Grow from it. Learn from it. Your response has been incredibly unprofessional. I now understand why the woman at the front service desk feels that she can freely treat customers the way she did. Have a good day Marc. I wish you all the best.
