Close parking outside the office, friendly staff, minimal wait for assistance and copies. They can't answer questions about what you might need but were very professional, kind and helpful within their scope.

it depends on if it's an adult record or a juvenile record, if it's a juvenile record in Fresno County, you must go to American Avenue to the juvenile Justice Center. If it's the adult, then you go to E Street in Fresno, California to the archives
Superior Court archives located at 1373 E street across from the main post office before the Fax bus station good luck !
The court's website has a payment option under the Odyssey portal. However you cannot sign up or pay for traffic school through this yet. If you are having a problem online with a traffic ticket, you need to go to the traffic court on M street, not the court archives. Also, I would strongly recommend removing your case number from this question for privacy reasons.
