I HATE metro PCS service. It's slow, lags, sometimes doesn't work at all. It took 30 minutes to load a single web page. Once they cap my data (a week after I pay my bill) suddenly my metro device, that I paid full price for, won't even connect to my wifi... Then when I pay again my device connects to wifi. I will be switching as soon as I can. Even the calls are poor quality and drop. Sometimes it won't make calls at all, just says "calling" but doesn't ring at all or there is a timer like it's been answered but no sound. I really suggest you don't go metro. The service is garbage.

I cannot say enough good things about Lisa and Nathan and their level of customer service!!! After having a very bad experience at a different store, my husband and I came in and they not only solved our problem, they helped us add a new line AND save money. I have sworn by MetroPCS since they started off as provider & after the experience we had with them, my husband does too. We will definitely be back to add more lines of service next month! Thank you again!!

Lisa got my bill down to $100 for 4 lines!!! She multitasked like you wouldn't believe. She is so polite and knows her customers names!!! But she really needs a second person to help her. But Lisa's customer service is 200 percent!!!!

I went in to the store and the sales representative Lisa was very helpful and kind to me. She helped me customize my phone, the plan, and did everything possible to make my experience go smoothly. She is very courteous and went out of her way to explain the phone and the plan i was receiving. I really appreciate her kindness and patience. Her knowledge of the plans and phones was very helpful. I would DEFINITELY recommend this store and this sales clerk to all my friends and family. Thank you Lisa for a job well done. 🌟🌟🌟
