Set up cab rides to work all the time. I set up a ride to work and two nights in a row the driver never showed up to get me and didn't even call! I would definitely try somewhere else before using them.

I was stranded in Sharon, Ohio at a Buffalo Wild Wings. Called this place for over an hour straight during their business hours and no one answered. Dependable should be removed from their business name. Was told they were the only ride in this ghost town by the waitress, and she was shocked that they never picked up.. Luckily, a complete stranger gave me a ride back to my hotel. Uber wasn't available in this remote area of Ohio either.

This taxie cab is a joke, they dont have enough people to drive, won't hire more, they dont pick up people if they cant make it, and when you call you got to wait hours for them to schedule you a ride. Some of the drivers are nice and price is supper decent. But honestly hermitage and mercer county are big places 3 cars are not enough. If I need a ride asap, I dont want to wait 2 hours.i want a decent respectable place to call that I know I can get a ride in 15 minutes or less depending were I'm going.

Second day in a row they had no idea about a scheduled ride I made earlier in the week. Second time I will be late to work because of this company. They just lost a $50 fair 6 days a week. That's over a thousand dollars +tips a month you could have made for a simple one way ride, nice work. Should change the name to Phill's unreliable taxi.
