Worse service they claim not to have large drink sizes but alot of people who ordered value meals were allow to order large drinks but if you ordered a single large drink they were" out of it" ice machine wasn't refill. No ice tea in ice tea machine. People who ordered drinks were made to wait while they filled orders for value meals. I don't recommend this McDonald's.

I can say on the behalf of all my other managers to say we are all terribly sorry for any past inconveniences and poor/slow service. We are currently under new Ownership by Tomtreyco. One of the largest McDonald's franchises in the country. Everyone employed at this location (including all managers) are going through actual training. The previous owner didn't care about having a well trained staff. Please have patience with us. This location has had a lot problems in the past but we are on our way to making this store highly recommended by our patrons. If you have any grievances please call or come in and tell us about it. We will compensate you for any and everything we failed at to make sure you get what's well deserved of your time and money. Depends which store, the coffee is decent except downtown Sharon and I got yelled at for being politely autistic about watery coffee but I was having a bad day and cried and then they were nice. But the coffee was still kind of bad, and I felt bad. Too socially complicated....went to Dunkin.

Potatoes Are-Amazing

I like that I can order ahead,and when using drive thru pick up, am treated nicely (some places seem annoyed, this is NOT one of them). Nothing stirkingly phenomenal, but nothing ever bad. Occasionally an order is off, and usually only if super busy. Happens anywhere. If notified, its always been fixed in a friendly fashion. I dont frequent mcdonalds or fast food often, but do have this one saved for when in the area.
