We love it too, been there for years but there are many dumb rules and the camp ‘manager’ is over the top with the crazy rules. No golf carts, no noise, no events, no bands, no fun!

We have a had a Park Model Camper there for years and we love that place. It is very nice and clean and the manager is very nice and accommodating. I would recommend that campground to everyone who is looking for s camping spot and it is very family friendly.

Permanent camping, no docks.
They are all rented seasonal spots. Open from April 15 to October 15 approximately.
No you can't. It's seasonal land rental

I'm not sure if it is the same on all lots. I think i pay 1350 a yr. That's water, electric, sewer, garbage pick up, and leaving your camper there year round. Hope that helps you.
