Horrific. They’ve had my car for almost a month now (2 weeks just to diagnose) and just broke a part informing me I would have to pay for it. So I went from having a functional car when I dropped it off to a now dysfunctional car. Stay away. Not to mention they don’t pay for rental cars, despite the fact that I live in a remote area with no public transit and have to hitchhike 45 minutes to get groceries in 100+ degree heat and smoke.

I have been going to this dealership for several years since leasing two Jeeps. The sales personnel have been very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The ongoing maintenance of these vehicles with their service department has resulted in the same experience. Any needed repairs I have had with my vehicles have been properly responded to by their service check-in personnel and their mechanics. They have a wonderful waiting room and all is handled efficiently and professionally.

Terrible. The owners dont care about your safety. Really unfair on prices and big bigots as well. Dirty shuttle van and unhelaty workers and service manager as well

Maybe you just caught them at a busy time. They get a lot of walk ins. They have always been good every time I have dealt with them. Patients is a virtue.

Rudy, you'll have to call into the service department to get the correct quote for your repair needs. The number is 431-4000. They are closed on Sundays, but call in Monday a.m. and a service representative will be happy to assist you.
