The owner is very polite and accommodating. Now for the gentleman outside selling his own brand, he is not. I wouldn't even say he was cordial with people.

Ordered thru Postmates. They were out of the charcoal so they had me pick another thru the app. Once my postmate got there to pick up my order, they refused to give it to her at all. She called me and told me I should cancel it. **Edit- I cancelled the order myself AFTER you refused to give it to her. She called me from your store. It was NOT cancelled until I personally did it and had to pay $15 to do so. Postmates was not the issue, you were.Because .. by the time she reached there, the order was canceled cuz of the time ... if you’re not happy with Postmates then don’t use it again Thank You
