I wanted to give a one star but the food was good, restraunt clean. Wastress was inatentive, took forever to get drinks, food came out wrong, took 20 min to get check, then she didn't charge us correctly (undercharged which I pointed out). Then she promptly brought another check I have her card and she dissapeared for another 10 min. I asked for a manager and what looked like another waiter showed up who didn't seem to give a care. Micheladas suck fyi.

This is my first time visiting this location for we live in Katy and attend that one regularly. Cypress kept my opinion upheld. The food was wonderful as always and the Watermelon Rita hit the spot on the hot day.

Hi, Brooke! Unfortunately, our semi-private dining room is closed at this time at this location. However, we should be able to facilitate your party of 20 during the week. We would suggest arriving before your party to put your name on the waitlist if there is one.
Yes they do.. And you can go online and go ahead and "get in lin" as well and when you do it will give you an time you will be seated. So like on Fridays I do that and we leave in time to make it 10 min earlier then the time given. It's extremely easy to do!!!
I know the staff all wear masks, they use disposable menus or encourage use of a menu via QR code, they stagger the seating, and they clean thoroughly after each guest. It is one of the few places I felt comfortable going inside. They also have a fabulous curbside to pick up and take home if you are more comfortable.

Hi, Daphne! You sure can! When you arrive, you are more than welcome to hand it over to a host or a manager on duty. We can store it in the cooler for you until needed. :)
Gringo’s has a gluten free menu, just ask the host before they seat you or your server
