Looked really clean and the lady in the office was nice as well, cant recall her name though. BUT this is an only low income apartment complex. So if you already know you dont qualify for low income, then you might want to cross this one off your list. I was bummed.

There scamming people taking there time and money running credit checks and not giving a reason why people dont qualify they just say you dont qualify that's final this is wrong

Um yea there is a monthly rent and yes you do have to put a deposite
