Extremely disappointed with how this business customer service & work has deteriorated over time. I got recommended to this place and fell in love with this place about 4 yrs ago BUT the last 4 times I came with my sister and daughter it was a HORRIBLE experience. They don’t care if you tell them that they are hurting you or if they are not meeting your expectations with the design you asked for. The “manager” they have in charge doesn’t care at all if you tell her you have an issue, she just wants to get the money in. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!! There are many more other places that charge you the same for a better service and much cleaner & sanitized place.

Worst nail saloon ive ever been to. They forgot to do one of my toe nails which made me wait for a longer time it didnt dry and i was being late so i had to just leave and now my nail is messed up. They did my hands so thick its still not dry lol also i hated the way they shaped my nails looks sooo uneven. I paid 60 dollars for this disappointment sadly..

It’s been less than two weeks and almost all of my nails have popped off one by one and it’s no surprise because I literally watched the nail tech use the most worn out sanding band To prep my nails 4/10 would not recommend my nails turned out kind of cute but they did not last at all
