Place is awesome food is beyond any expectations just plain yummmmmy. Staff look like they really enjoy there jobs really friendly and happy group.

Picked up a curbside order for 2 people. Was only given enough chips, salsa, and creamy jalapeño for a child. When i went in to ask about the creamy jalapeño, a woman came flying out of the back demanding to see my food (which was in the car) i walked her outside and explained the dilemma, her response was because it was all placed on 1 order you only get 1 small creamy jalapeño. I would have to pay for more. This is why i go to Pappasitos, for their customer service. Chuy's, when your restaurant is empty, alienating customers isn't the way to go. Especially over a little creamy jalapeño. Won't be coming back.
