Literally just left this store irritated because I brought hair last night for $139.99 and decided I wanted something different which was $189.99. I asked if I could exchange it and pay the difference and was refused because the pack was opened but the bundles were still in place. I asked if he could issue a discount which could have been anything but he said no to that ad well. Then preceeded to say next time don't open the package. I advised him there will be no next time and if my appointment was not scheduled for today I wouldn't even buy this hair. I was intended to buy more products and my boyfriend was behind he put down his things as well. You lost regular customers for not making any adjustments. I have been coming here regularly since 2018 and no more.

Hair, hair everywhere!! Went looking for a specific makeup product, though it was not stocked at this store there were several employees that were very helpful so that I didn’t waste my time wandering up and down the many aisles in search of it. I did notice that they did stock the style twists that I had previously had a difficult locating before in other stores.

Aarrgg!! Lots of stock but go in the morning, kind of unsafe parking.

Manager was rude. Just saw him checking out another customer so we went to the register ask him to help us get a necklace so we could check out….he said he couldn’t help us. So we went to another register only for him to check out someone else. I guess he didn’t like the way we looked 🤷🏾‍♀️.
