Best all around mma gym. It’s been an amazing experience for our family. Offers family-friendly environment for strength and conditioning training. Not only are the coaches highly skilled athletes and educators, they are wonderful caring people. There is a shared mission embraced by all involved. Youth of all skill levels mentor each other and celebrate each other’s successes, creating a friendly atmosphere for beginners and competitors alike. A leadership voice and abilities are cultivated in even the youngest kids. The program is wonderfully diverse with many different backgrounds represented. There is a huge mat area for grappling and a lot of specialty equipment. Classes are always fun and engaging. 100% recommend!

I have been training Jiujitsu at Elite MMA for over a year now and I have nothing but great stuff to say about these guys. Training here has not only been beneficial for me physically, but also mentally. The calm felt after a good rolling session in this gym cannot be achieved in any other way. The problem solving and pressure coping techniques you learn from coaches on the mats can be easily applied to other aspects in life. The coaches and all the students provide an amazing community and support. The coaches are always welcoming of questions and breakdown even the simplest moves to help the students understand. Complete beginners who have no background of martial arts can easily fit in and take a lot away from the class. Its very easy to communicate your goals to the coaches and they personally help you reach them. They have different classes throughout the day at various locations all around Houston so its always easy to work it in the schedule. My only regret is that I don't have enough time or energy to go to more classes because they allow unlimited classes to their members.
