Yes she does. They are called tanalocks
I started with Tan and she maintains them very well. She determines the size of the locs by the type of hair you have and she will do a sample to give you an idea what it will look like. Going on 4 years with my locs and very happy about it. Tan will take care of you.

No do not cut your hair, it just has to be perm free.
