Small little restaurant. Went in around 7pm on a Monday night and inside was full so we ate outside. It was a lovely night. Server was super nice. My chimi had a little to much beans vs meat but it was still super amazing.

Does anyone know if the Castillo’s in Mariposa Amd the Castillo’s in Fresno are the same owners? The Mariposa one is delicious but Fresno is closer to me. TIA

Mariposa was family owned in conjunction with the Fresno location previously. Mariposa location hasn't been owned by a family member for over 16 years. Still serving the same recipes and dishes for the past 30 years.

Does the restaurant opens on Thanksgiving?
