I was just passing through after exploring the hills behind it and climbing 2/3rds of the way to the top of one mountain to revisit the concrete building isolated on the side of the slope. One neighbor let me use their hose to drink from as we chatted about our cats. The whole area is well kept and neat and every resident I've encountered is friendly and kind.

My brother's friend lives in the apartments and several of our friends grandparents live in the actual Mobile Home Park and they're always very very neat and tidy and the grounds are always immaculate. One of the safest places I could think of to live

You own shares in the Park. The buyin is $28,000. Maintenance about 110 a month. Electrical is subsidized by the parks solar panels. You get the $28,000 back when you leave
