My mother called me from Colorado this morning and was in extreme pain and I had no way of contacting emergency services in her area. I called our 911 and they connected me to the 911 in her area. I'm extremely thankful because it saved my mother's life. THANK YOU 911 Operator !!! Diana Arnold

You can call the police on them and they can come out and ask for the dog to quiet down. If the owners don't do anything for 30 days, and the dog is still loud, then you can contact animal services.
