City Hall is Beautiful, functions smoothly and has a fantastic staff. Great City, too.

More like a homeless refugee camp than a family friendly town. Needles all over the place in sunken gardens. When I first came here ( a little over 2 years ago) it wasn't this bad, even though it was still pretty bad then. Something needs to be done. To everyone reading this, proceed with caution when wandering around Atasacadero.
