This company is a joke, do not rent a property from them, because they will not fix anything, I have lived in on of there properties since October, and it's has been something every month, first we didn't have a lease, then the sink broke and somebody came to fix it, than we got a shut of notice for the water, than the electric. Than the hot water heater went out and we went a month without hot water. The basement flooded, and they dragged their feet to fix that. They want my family out because we want them to do what they are supposed to do, like fix things when they break. Dr, Simpsons is the worst of them all, don't let her foul you will her fake nice act. They only care about getting the money nothing else. Please don't not rent a property from this organization, because you will javelin nothing but problems.

An amazing place to get a fresh start. I was there a while back and the staff were really nice and professional and the volunteers treated everyone with respect. I also loved the space for men who were taking the services seriously. It was really clean and provided a sense of home.
