The staff here is more ghetto than anything else. As I sat in the office listening to the employees argue and talk bad to each other, play on their phones, horrible customer service. Our government agencies should be humiliated. Our taxes hard at work employing people who have no class or customer service oriented behaviors

Kirby she CANNOT CALL THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE THERE BUT IF SHE CALLS CUSTOMER RELATIONS THEY CAN ANSWER ALL ABD ANY QUESTIONS SHE HAS 1800-372-2022. THEN THEY WILL CONNECT HER DURECTLY TO THE OFFICE ITS THE ONLY WAY UF U CALL THE DSS CLAYMONT OFFICE DIRECTLY THEY INTENTIONALLY DONT ANSWER AND IF THEY DO THEY JUST PICK UP AND HANG IT BACK UP. Diane Albert if you mean stay on benefits or qualify IT ALL DEPENDS ON UR INCOME FROM SSI AND YOUR TOTAL EXPENSES AND FAMILY SIZE. BEST THING IS TO APPLY AND TRY. DO NOT DO IT ONLINE THAT SYSTEM TAKES FOREVER IF YOU GO INTO THE CLAYMONT OFFICE YOU CAN DO EVERYTHING THERE AND THEY WILL TELL YOU RIGHT THERE IF YOU GO IN PERSON.
