Horrible facility halfe of the workers stand around. Sat on a bed to get poked took a hr just for them to do that not considering the wait to get vitals and the wait to sit down very unprofessional I’ve been to 3 other facilities be far the worst

Joke, and waste of time. Staff walks around with stuck up faces having conversations about hot dates. The person who couldn’t even take my blood pressure because she was too busy talking negatively about a doner and how she already got into it with him before told me I didn’t drink enough water because she couldn’t find my vein. She also walked over and aggressively moved my arm around without even introducing herself or saying what she was about to do, she’s obviously not a nurse or a doctor. I have always had small veins and when I mentioned it to her the lady behind me who also worked there laughed out loud. Again a bunch of unprofessional, uneducated clowns. That has never stopped me from donating plasma. I drove an hour because this is the closest location. I waited over and hour for this B.S. I was told I didn’t drink enough water. I live in my body, how can she this person who 10 minutes ago walked by a hallway and burped out loud in front of every one in the waiting area tell me what I’m not doing?? All because she’s incompetent. I do not recommend this location. Unprofessional and incompetent.
