I attempted to reach this location multiple times over multiple days via phone. No one answered! I was able to reach the general headquarters via phone on the first attempt. They answered my questions quickly & professionally. When I arrived at this location, I was told the information I was given was incorrect. I mentioned I would have had correct information if they had answered their phone. I was told they were too busy with other patients to answer the phone & did not have a receptionist. I was unable to receive assistance from this branch prior to my arrival. While I was there, the representative came across as unprofessional & gave me the impression I was an inconvenience & a burden to them. In my opinion I had a very negative experience at this location & would not recommend it.
