This was my first experience at ACMH and I couldn’t have asked for better care. Everyone was so friendly and helpful- the two women at the check in desk, the nursing staff at the ER, and Dr. Dosch. I truly felt like I was cared for to the best of everyone’s ability and actually understood. I left the ER feeling like all my concerns were addressed and like a weight had been lifted off of my shoulders. 10/10 all the way around 😊

I have called 4 times to get an itemized receipt. Its been months and I keep calling them they keep promising to send one and I still have no receipt. Now they told us we paid in full and then sent us another bill and said it was a mistake and we still owe them money. This is the least professional place. I will never go back. Edit: Its been two weeks and they are still trying to double bill me. I already paid in full. I called and the account manager said that I paid in full and it was a billing mistake. Yet they are still sending me bills. I called again and now they have changed their story and are saying I still owe money. This is the most dishonest and unprofessional hospital.

Dr. Michael was AWESOME and the nurses were very friendly and professional. Visit was quick, treatment was spot on, honestly, one of the best ER visits I have ever had. It's never fun when you have to go to an ER but they made it as painless as possible.

This is the absolute most unprofessional hospital I have ever been to! They threw myself, my bf and another guy in a room together did all of our vitals and Covid test arm to arm. We had no privacy or space between us what so ever.So if the guy (we didn’t know) didn’t have it he does now! The nurses were rude when I told them we were exposed to more than just covid they completely brushed it off and did not care. Saying there was no point in testing for a virus that affects children. We have children! After exposing all of us to each other they then proceeded to put us in our our own rooms. The dr was also very rude and did not care about what he was doing at all. He came in asked a few questions and left. I also told him about coming in contact with other things and he also brushed it off and did not answer any of my questions or concerns. If your dying you have better chances driving to Pittsburgh!
