I called this place twice before. Once a few years back and recently last month. When sending a text, there's days before responding and their texting line is 24/7, or when they do respond, it's very short and then they stop responding. On their website they say they help from ages 17-24. I called for help to get absolute none in return. I texted and they took days before texting back. I asked "do they even help" then someone replyed with "so sorry for the delay, what's your age?". I told them my age then they completely stopped messaging me. Again this happened twice. I decided to call in and ask what's the age limit for help, I was told 16-18, then was given a number to the drop in center call and was told they would be able to help. Called the drop in center left a voicemail with someone named Jasmine and NEVER recieved a call back at all. I never recieved no help, and all i wanted was a place to lay my head and get back up on my feet. They help who they want to.

Great staff. Wonderful organization. They offer free hygiene products, good, and comfortable resting places.
