From day 1, my dad was not properly cared for at Heritage Woods. There was not a Care Plan in place from the very beginning. They kept apologizing and making excuses each time they made a mistake like forgetting to give him his meds, etc. Sadly, even after all their apologies and promises, it never got any better. From the top administrators to the CNAs, no one seemed to really care. We found a new facility for my dad, and he is receiving outstanding care! Don't fall for the "sell job" this place will give you.

My mom has been here since Sept 2021. I am so pleased with the staff, food and services. Megan has been particularly helpful, answering our questions and doing everything possible to make sure mom feels comfortable and offering assurance. Mom is finding it difficult accepting where she is act in life now. Heritage is clean and welcoming. We chose this assisted living after looking at five others. It’s smaller and more personal. It’s a little quieter but has activities if a person chooses. I cannot say enough about all the staff and how caring they are. This is the perfect choice for mom.
