Worst hotel experience ever- management got my dates incorrect and cost my small business a lot of money by refusing to correct their mistake, paid for my room, for 2 days and they overbooked themselves and canceled my 2nd night and made me come get all my belongings and sick grandmother in the middle of the vending event I booked the hotel room to attend. Very inconsiderate general manager John, cost my small business a very important vending opportunity.

Cindy Goddard makes checking in a breeze. The rooms are always clean, and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is very nice as well.

We always enjoy staying at the Holiday Inn Express in New Martinsville, WV. The continental breakfast is very convenient, the staff is always friendly, smiling and happy to have a conversation with you. Our most recent stay, our family joined us to clean up the family cemetery. We were exhausted and looking forward to a nice hot soak in the hot tub. We were a little disappointed the hot tub was out of commission. Zach at the front desk, recommended the outdoor patio area, we enjoyed relaxing together around the fire-pit. The staff was wonderful! They made us feel right at home, like we were friends not just random guests. Every interaction we had with the staff was above and beyond helpful, I appreciate all the hard work they do. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Pet friendly hotel makes it even better!
