The staff has been very polite and helpful when my fiance has been inpatient a few times.

This review is for their radiology department and I would give them zero stars if possible. I waited 40-50 minutes to be called back for my CT scan, after I had to ask the receptionist if the person performing my procedure even knew I was there. A CT scan is a fairly simple straight forward process. The individual administering my test seemed to have difficulty finding a good access point in my viens. I have always been told by phlebotomists that I have very prominent accessible veins. She tried my right arm first, couldn't seem to place it after digging around. Then my left arm second. Long story short, the contrast dye ended up infiltrating my upper extremity instead of my vein meaning the contrast leaked into my tissues. My left arm started swelling and I experienced numbness and tingling. They told me to go to the ER. I walked myself out of the building, to the ER where I waited for several hours. At this point my whole arm from shoulder to hand was extremely swollen and I still was not seen for a mess up of the medical procedure they performed on me. I ended up leaving without a doctor's consult. I could not move or feel my arm for the rest of the day. Luckily the swelling went down a little overnight but I am still dealing with discomfort today. Do not recommend this location's radiology department for any imaging that requires injection contrast. You don't want to end up like me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This hospital should be shut down permanently. My cousin I hold very closely to my heart was suffering from a severe sinus infection. He was dehydrated with a fever of 103, bed ridden, and unable to swallow foods without vomiting. A hospital with sensible care for their patients should have immediately taken him in to get an IV and medicine to help him with his pain. But all they did was keep him in the waiting room for 3 hours with no communication or help. He later died in his bed from a simple sinus infection. What kind of hospital would disregard one of their patients whom they should have taken great care of without hesitation? I understand they may have other patients who might have been in worse conditions but this is absolutely unacceptable. Please, do better. Rest In Peace my sweet cousin, DP.❤️
