I couldn't think of seeing anyone else for my neuropathy. Multiple family members see her also.

Dr. Bansal is wonderful. Very knowledgeable, helpful, understanding, kind, and always goes above and beyond with her patients.

Questions & Answers

I love the doctors here but the one thing I will say is they never answer their phones I’ve been trying to cancel my appointment for the last week and still no answer.

Thank you for the note. Indeed, we are equally frustrated with the phone system. We have changed three different phone systems (alongside paying the associated early penalty fees) but some of the phone issues continue. We do have a strong and large team of employees answering phones but some of these calls do not seem to reach us. We just switched to another phone provider and fingers crossed that this system will work better. Please do use the secure patient portal as well to send us messages. We will take care of cancelling your appointment.
