I want to thank Jon B. for always making sure my Mom is taken care off. What families don't understand is that it takes a village to keep a place going. Right away complain come pouring and can be posted or called in but do you call to thank them for working such a hard job or post about that. This field is so short handed but the nurses and staff come to deal with that anyways. They have there own families and love ones at home too but they come to their jobs to attend to the ones we can't anymore. Thank you Jon B.again and everyone in Uptown for doing the best you can. I hope your bosses see what I see.

My sister is a resident at Uptown care facility and they are taking very good care of her. There’s always hiccups throughout this life but for the better part of the staff at Uptown Medical Facility/Skilled Facility, Especially John the gentleman that assisted in getting here there, is doing a very good job at caring for the residence there, thank you all and may GOD continue to bless you all abundantly.

I visit many nursing homes and I must say I was very impressed with the staff and the care being provided at Uptown. Staff seems to be going above and beyond. Its not easy to be in healthcare these days, staffing challenges, pandemic challenges, wearing PPE all day. But they are doing a great job!
