I hate leaving reviews like this, but my experience was so horrible I feel like I need to. I asked for a gel acrylic fill in, and i had two nails missing because I had been out of town and hadn’t had a chance to get them done. It was my first time coming here, and immediately they were extremely rude to me. I asked her to file the tops down to make them more even and straight and she completely cut me off and started talking over me telling me she wasn’t done. (she never ended up doing it lol) The drill bits were used and not sanitized at all from the prior customers, so I won’t be surprised if I end up with a nail fungus on top of all this. She made me bleed on SEVEN of my fingers with the drill, and continued going after I told her she was hurting me and literally drilling my skin. The shapes are all horrible, not at all what I asked for and are all completely different. There is paint all over my cuticles and finger tips, I asked her to remove the paint before leaving and she took her drill out and literally tried to drill the paint off my skin. I called and asked for a refund (which I have never done in my life), offering to come in and show them how bad they wereand they were unwilling to even fix them or do any kind of refund etc. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!

Uma is amazing!!! My new favorite place! I am very picky about my nail places and was nervous to try a new one as i have found most very disappointing. However, today, that was not the case!! Uma did a fantastic job and was so lovely and friendly! 10000/10 can’t wait to go back! Thank you for such a great manicure!!

Worst SNS job I’ve ever had. First time there. Wendy rushed through, and seemed annoyed I was even there. Crooked nails, not shaped uniformly, lumpy, And even after pointing out there was a very noticeable Knick on one of the nails after the color was applied.. she completely ignored me and kept on going.. then to top it off they started all cracking the next day! First time and last time for this place!
