I have been looking for therapy for over a year, and was so happy to get a call back from C4, and get an intake appointment setup. Even when I had to reschedule, it took emails and phone calls to get it done. On the day of the zoom appointment, the intake specialist never showed up, and never responded to my email after. Now reading all of these reviews, I'm starting to believe I dodged a bullet.

They are painting and renovating for seven years meanwhile I live blocks away in walking distance and I sought care and I'm still waiting for care. Maybe they need to rebuild the custom beams shoving more money out the door. Who got paid. The jobs for contractors. Vendors? Friends and family?

I enjoy going to C4 they are very nice and have been very helpful to me.
In my experience, they have not discriminated, they are honest, and they have done more good than harm in my family's life. Its unfortunate that you feel this way. Maybe point out who exactly you are speaking of? Maybe its the person and not the organization as a whole.
