Horrible customer service!! We walk in maybe 15 minutes before they closed, l wasn't aware of they're closing time but they turned the lights of and l asked them to give me 5 min because l was trying to find some underwear for my grandma and the lady roll her eyes to me so l left the basket with the clothes that we all ready had and she said l can push your basket to the register and l said no thanks we will go next door to TJ MAXX and she said wherever so when we walk out l told the lady at the door what happe and she didnt care!! She just said ok!! Like l don't care, didn't asked me anything about it!! I work in customer service and thats wrong! I understand that they were closed l understand that they want to go home buy l dont a gree with them kicking us out... I just asked for 5 more minutes to finish my shop and she roll her eyes on us and give us attitude! WE WALK IN BEFORE THEY'RE CLOSE AND WE WORE ALMOST DONE WITH OUR SHOP!! I JUST ASKED FOR 5 MORE MINUTES!!

If you’re a woman 85-105 you should be shopping here. The first thing I thought walking in this store is “how is JCP still in business?”, I went in here looking for shoes for my daughter who is nine, there were no shoes. The older lady attire was spot on and you could get your hair dyed in the salon as well. My daughter found one sweatshirt and we stood in line for so long. Then Mildred rang me up for one sweatshirt, two boxes of pokey sticks and one chocolate frog. She was very nice to my daughter. Wanted me to get a credit card but I said nah. She was very nice, reminded me of my great grandmother. I’ll give Mildred 5+ stars but the store a one. So the craziest thing too I was sweating like a pig, even on my forehead in line then I notice the fans behind the register. You know the stand up cheapy fans, yes those. I will never be back here again it’s almost as hot as it is outside -105 yesterday.
