I have been holding this in for quite some time, but I finally decided to write this review, in the hopes that it might be seen by a higher up who cares. I picked up two bras (one beige, one white) at the North Dallas location one evening last year, because they were not available at my local Wylie Kohl’s for in-store pickup. I did not look in the bag after I picked them up. When I got home that evening, I realized that I already had two white bras, and really didn’t need another. So the following afternoon, I came to the Wylie Kohl’s to return it. I had only briefly opened the bag the evening before to take out the beige bra and place it in my dresser drawer. The white one I barely even saw, and left in the bag. I simply handed the bag to the Wylie Kohl’s associate with my receipt in order to return it. When the associate opened the bag and took out the white bra, we both realized it was slightly discolored, as if someone had worn it. This was a surprise to us both (probably because I took out the beige bra while in my bedroom, which is not well lit, so I could not see the discoloration of the white one), but she insisted it had been me who had worn it. I explained to her that I had only just picked it up the day before, it still had its tags on, and that I would not wear a bra and try to return it. She did not believe me and proceeded to treat me very rudely and disrespectfully. She did process the return at her manager’s request- but both made me feel like a criminal and a liar. What should have happened is they should have apologized for the North Dallas Kohl’s having sold me a used bra. This was a truly awful experience, and when I think of it, I still get close to tears. It’s really unnecessary to treat a customer this way, and to automatically assume that they are lying. You might just be wrong. Just really sad.

The only thing, I miss is the 100% cotton. I know most retailer are going this way. It is just SAD. Even the sheets and towels are that microfiber garbage. NA

What's up with men's clothes? Sucks.

Amazon return line was 20 people deep, and only one person working the counter.
