This place was no help at all,my 86yr old mother was Clinically tested for frontal demintia.My 2sisters did a HOSTAL take over at my mother's apt with the help of younger sisters husband and I the caregiver for 71/2yrs was told that I was not too come back too my mother's apt by the 2sisters my number was blocked...I reported too Aging Connection this non profit organization through the state sent a person too interview my mother and she said oh your mother is okay ,while the 2sisters and husband are still today May 25,22 are still keeping up chaos in my mother's apt,my mother is afraid to talk an tell her siblings too stop what there doing. DON'T CALL THIS PLACE FOR ANY THING TO DO WITH ELDERY

My family have been calling this agency all week trying to find information on my 87 year old grandmothers caregiver who has suddenly not showed up. They have given us the run around and zero assistance. They state they care for the elderly but are ok leaving them without care for over a week now. All members of our household work long hours and we require this care for my grandmother since she is alone for over 8 hours, can not walk without assistance, and can’t do most basic care such as feed herself. It’s just a shame how this agency has handled this situation.
