We have been at River Ridge for a little over three years and have had a wonderful experience. The office staff are extremely kind and responsive and fulfill work orders within 24-48 hours. We have a basement-level apartment that walks out to the woods, which is quiet and secluded. It's been great for our dogs and we love the private patio. Highly recommend!

Maddie and Katie are the absolute best! Any issue my roommate and I have they are on it immediately! You can tell they actually care which is exactly what you want in an apartment complex! If I could give a 6 star rating I would!

We love living in the River ridge community! The staff is so wonderful and very responsive to any of your needs. The neighbors are very friendly and fun! It’s way more than an apartment- it feels like a home!

Terrible place to live if you want ANY amenities where living. I had to laugh at all the responses from River Ridge in the comments. They are zero help when you bring issues to them. They will never fix anything and find every loophole available to screw you over. I was told a board (that could’ve come from a pallet) had to be special ordered for the dog park. It had a hole in the gate that a very large dog could fit through. Not counting how many vet visits I experienced from the overall property being disgusting. No one picks up any dog waste and management doesn’t think it is their problem. Didn’t know “luxury” was the same as living in squalor.
