I’ve always had a good experience here in the past but today was a bit childish. I brought a kitten for vaccines and ear mites. The checkin process went great, they asked me about a plan and I declined. They called a bit later with a list of ear problems and the additional charges. I know they’re expensive but felt the expense was too much and told them I would call them back. When I called back to decline the treatment the response became rude and they hung up. At check-in I asked if I could pick up before 3:30 and they said that was good, I received no call until 4:00 asking when I was going to pick him up. They claimed they tried calling my wife but she didn’t answer. My wife went to get him and they were rude and condescending to her. They gave her a bag explaining it was meds (which there shouldn’t have been because we declined treatment) but it was just pamphlets. Based on the the experience of the rude staff and extremely high prices I would not recommend anyone bring their pets here.

This location is a joke. Front desk is completely incapable of answering the most simple of questions and try and state things like they are a fact when the reality is they have absolutely no idea what they are talking about. All theee over the phone interactions have been so shocking I absolutely did not feel comfortable with anyone at this location even taking a temperature of one of my pets.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
It's been stated that he was either sold or given to someone in Wiley. I'm trying to provide a picture in case he's brought to your clinic
